Baked Salmon







1. Put enough Lemon essence on the salmons (It will help to eliminate fishy smell)


2. Sprinkle a black Pepper (It is better to use whole black pepper) .

3. Sprinkle sea slat.


4. Bake in Fan Oven (Temperature 120C˚~130C˚ ) for 10 to 30 minutes (depending on thickness)


5. After baking well turn over the salmons and bake 5 minutes more.
